Super Athletic Director and Haystack Sports Software (“Haystack Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect the privacy of student-athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, athletic directors, schools, and other users of our services. We are committed to protecting personal information and using it responsibly in connection with our college recruiting software, athletic department services, recruiting websites, workshops, communications, and related programs.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, school, graduation year, sport, position, academic information, athletic information, recruiting preferences, photographs, videos, highlight films, social media or recruiting links, and other information voluntarily submitted through our platform.

For coaches, athletic directors, parents, and other users, we may also collect professional or contact information necessary to provide and administer our services. We may automatically collect limited technical information including device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and general usage information.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and improve our services; create and maintain student-athlete recruiting profiles; facilitate the college recruiting process; allow authorized coaches and athletic personnel to monitor recruiting progress; communicate with users; provide recruiting education, workshops, and resources; operate school or athletic program recruiting websites; provide customer support; maintain platform security; and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Student-Athlete Information

Haystack Sports is designed to help student-athletes navigate the college recruiting process. Certain information provided by student-athletes may therefore be displayed within recruiting profiles or otherwise made available to authorized users for legitimate recruiting purposes. We encourage parents or guardians to participate when the student-athlete is a minor.

Schools, Coaches and Athletic Directors

Schools, athletic directors, coaches, and authorized program administrators may have access to information concerning student-athletes associated with their programs. Access should be used only for legitimate athletic, educational, administrative, and college recruiting purposes.

Sharing of Information

We may share information when reasonably necessary to provide our services, including with authorized coaches, athletic directors, colleges, recruiting personnel, technology providers, service providers, and other parties involved in operating the Haystack Sports platform or supporting the recruiting process. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our organization, or the security and integrity of our services.

College Recruiting

Haystack Sports and the Super Athletic Director Program provide tools, resources, technology, and education intended to assist student-athletes with the college recruiting process. Participation does not guarantee recruitment, admission, placement on a collegiate athletic team, an athletic scholarship, financial aid, or any particular recruiting outcome.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, software platform, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain legal and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our platform, and comply with applicable laws.

Users may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business, contractual, school, or legal requirements. Parents or legal guardians may contact us regarding personal information associated with a minor student-athlete.
